Production Flow of Woven Decorative Mesh
The whole weaving procedure starts with crimping treatment. Special crimping machines process warp and weft metal wires of different gauges to form regular crimped patterns. Warp wires are arranged in order and fixed by the heald frame of the weaving loom. The up-and-down movement of the heald frame forms weaving openings, then weft wires are interlaced and penetrated by manual work or automatic equipment.
After weft wire positioning and fixing, the loom shuttle compacts each weaving joint tightly to ensure tight and solid overall structure. The heald frame adjusts positions repeatedly to form a stable crisscross interweaving structure, realizing continuous, standardized and mass production of decorative mesh.
